Fixed my furnace and gave me a quick resupply!!! Excellent A++!
This morning I woke up to a very cold home. Something was wrong with the furnace. I have a daycare business in the basement of my home so aside from my personal space I knew I couldn’t open the daycare. My first call was to the company I have an account with. They quickly shuffled me off the phone by saying no one was available due to a long list of emergencies. I continued to call companies and got the same response until I spoke with a representative at Long Energy. They too had a long list of emergencies but they manage to fit me in. They quickly responded to my home. The service was 2nd to none! Very professional and reasonably priced!! I was so impressed I will be moving my account to Long Energy!!!
