I was without water on New Years day because of a leaky pipe. I called O'Neill and left a message explaining my problem and asking for service that next day. Promptly at 8AM they called and said I would be the 2nd appointment at 10:30. At 10:28 two service tech arrived, introduced themselves and went right to work. By 11AM my water was back on. The problem was under a floor and very difficult to access but they were diligent, courteous and just nice guys. I will call O"Neill for ALL my plumbing and heating needs!
