Steve and Andy came to our house and spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong with our washer. They took the whole thing apart and found the problem. They are professional reasonably priced and I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. I would recommend them to anyone!

I want to share my experience with this company. I reside in a small village (in Canada/across the bridge) and I called this company to see if they could come to my house to fix my washing machine. I talked to "Dave" (I believe) and unfortunately, due to rules he is unable to do service calls in Canada ~ however, I'm getting to the part that thoroughly impressed me. Dave took the time on the phone to help me try and trouble shoot the problem ~ offering me a few suggestions on what the problem could be. The fact that he was willing to help me ~ knowing full well that he would not be compensated really impressed me. Few companies do something for "nothing" so to speak so to find someone willing to take time to help when there was nothing in it for him ~ impresses me. I would recommend this company based on their kindness/compassion and willingness to try and help. I'm impressed. Thank you for your kindness ~ it's much appreciated.

Ken from Best Appliance Repair came to fix our stove. In the process of fixing our stove he broke a line that brings gas to one of the burners. it was not noticed til the following day when the house filled up with gas. I called them they came out and said I would have to pay for the part(even though they broke it) and they would install it for free once the part is received from sears.. I said ok even though they broke the part I needed it fixed. I have called them once a week for the last six weeks. They will not return my calls. My house could of blown up with their carelessness. You may want to look for a different repair shop if you need any work done on a gas stove. I will be using a new repair place to come and fix what they broke it may cost me more but I feel much safer doing so.
