Eager communication initially to come checkout issue with appliance, came to house to diagnose issue with appliance, charged fee and said would return once I confirmed receiving the part. Called several times within the same week, left voice messages and also sent several text messages, with no response. Still have broken appliance awaiting to be fixed and out $85.
