Payne Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Christopher resurrected our water heater 3 years after its expected lifespan, for a fraction of the replacement cost. He knew exactly what he was doing, explained the problem in clear layman's terms, was honest enough to underline the risk of the heater still being dead despite the repair in the end even before I could ask, and had the nice bonus of never once coming off like a jerk. Definitely would (and realistically, will inevitably) hire again. I'm cross-posting this review from the site on which I found Payne plumbing, just in case people check Google first.
