Yager's Plumbing & Heating Inc

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their communication is next to non-existant between clerical staff and service men, which when called out on it they admitted there was an issue. They do NOT return phone calls or left voice mails, you are to follow up every time, therefore I would suggest not leaving a message at all. They have individuals who leave for vacation and fail to set the schedule before their departure. Leaving job unaccounted for. We had a water main break in our home and called them as they were "highly" recommended. They advised me (despite having 2 young children), they have "other people" ahead of me, yet this break was flooding my entire house! One tech will diagnose an issue and fix it, yet another tech will come out and state that was not the issue at all and charge again to fix an issue that could have been fixed previously. They are unreliable. Absolutely unreliable and their prices are ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this company to NOBODY!

I have yet to be disappointed with this Company. Each time that I've contacted them, they've been very prompt, curteous and fair. I've used another Company in the past however; that experience was not very good. I would refer Yager's Plumbing & Heating to anyone!
