Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The technician spent time explaining the new water softener system answering all my questions. I had actually dealt with Halco in a non-profit organization for several years and knew the quality of service they provide before, during and after. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I have NEVER had a problem with this company. They do all of our heating and plumbing. Very pleasant on the phone, they are always accommodating with times, and their techs are the best. Not do they fix the problem, they explain why it happened and if options exist, they make sure you understand them. I would recommend Halco to anyone. I am so glad my friend recommended them to me!

We've been using HALCO for our heating and plumbing needs since we moved into our house almost 5 years ago. We even had them do an energy audit of our house. They have always done a great job and all their employees are polite and professional. They have done everything from servicing the furnace, installing a new hot water heater, correcting a plumbing disaster I made and even doing all the insulation installation recommended by the home audit. We are so impressed we joined their service plan and for a monthly fee we get a furnace tune up, priority response and peace of mind. Best investment ever. Our furnace died last winter right as a major winter storm was going to hit in Central New York, incredibly they found the part and replaced it the next day. I would highly recommend HALCO to anyone. They really work hard to satisfy their customers and it shows. The office staff, management and techs are the best.

Our Central AC had to be replaced this summer (2018), and we chose HALCO to replace it because we had a new propane furnace installed by HALCO about 18 months ago and we received good service at a fair price. Our furnace works very well. We also have a service contract with them for both furnace and AC. Our old AC was removed and our new one installed on July 31st. It works very well. Our only complaint is that we had to wait 3 weeks for the AC to be installed and it was very hot and we had just moved back into our house after being out of it for 2 months because of a fire in our attached garage. Otherwise, we are well satisfied.
