Rooter Plus Plumbing & Heating

I will be calling 7 on your side to get my refund! I got an estimate from RooterPlus in December, 2018. The person that came said I had to give them half of what the job cost but if I didn't have them doing the work I would get the money refunded. They were Very pushy and I fell into the trap. I did not use them and told them within the week. It is March 26, 2019 and they have not refunded my credit card. Theresa from the office said billing put it through more than a week ago and I still haven't heard from them nor did they refund my credit card. Of course, I put in a fraud claim with my credit card but that doesn't seem to faze them. I will continue to call them and the next step is to take them to court. Better yet I might just call 7 on your side. Obviously I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I had a great experience with Rooter Plus. The guys were super professional and did an impeccable job. The pricing seemed fair. I will definitely hire them again, especially for a job that comes with any sort of complexity. They know what they are doing.

My husband and I called this company because of the reviews we saw and thought we could use them. We have never been so dispointed. We called to have the over and the man that came was ome of the rudest people we have ever come across. First off we asked the on the phone if the estimate would be free (which they said it would) but turns out it was not. The technician wouldnt leave my house until we gave him $50 for the estimate he gave us (which was him sitting on top of my tub for a second and eyeballing). The estimate that was given was a TOTAL rip off also stating that they are going to tear down the whole side of the bathroom they will be working on while leaving themselves no responsibility on restoring it. Amongst the rip off and lies I was told- the driver seemed to have been pissed with us because he went downstairs to his car or something and came right back up yelling and cursing my husband out because we didnt tell him we didnt want the work done and he could have left this car there and why we had to waste his time to look for parking (after his he demaded the $50). My husband called the company after this man stormed off to speak to the manager and left 2 voicemails and we have yet to recieve a phone call back from the manager. This was the absolute worst experience ever.

I had a terrible experience with Rooter Plus. They charged me over $1,000 to replace a shower when they claimed they couldn't find the much less expensive part needed. They did not inform me that they were going to create so much damage to the wall, costing me more money to repair. I could overlook getting ripped off if the work was done well but I had to hire another plumber to fix the pipe work that Rooter Plus did. I wrote an email to them stating my dissatisfaction with their pricing and overall work ethic and never heard back. Yes, many plumbers can take advantage of you when you're in desperate need of repair, but this company was really a joke.

Friendly Professional and knowledgeable. Will use again in the future.
