Gino was quick and extremely efficient with his detail of work. As quick as adding some fuel and priming my boiler was as quick as his work. It was late night when I called. He was there within an hour of calling with a 3 hour window and I was in bed a half hour later on a Friday night ready for work the next day. I recommend Gino for any emergency. I can say however that I was lucky he had extra fuel In the truck because he wasn’t given a complete order which was fuel and sludge treatment. One of two isn’t bad when not given a proper order from the office. If the office was as efficient as he was then 5 stars would be proper as well.

Sean Ryan thoroughly and professionally checked out our burner, systematically checking all possible causes of it tripping out. He answered all my questions and concerns as well a recommending a fuel additive, which I had him install. He is a big asset to your company.

The tech who came for my service call was very professional and did a great job. I have had good experiences with Burke overall. I wish Burke's pricing for existing customers was more competitive.

Kevin and Don worked so hard to repair the excessive damage due to a lightening strike. They were amazing. They tested every part of the system and kept solving each layer of damaged circuitry. Our A/C is running better than before.

I called Sunday morning, got a schedule for technician to come in between 10-3pm. 9 am the guy came in. Less than 30 minutes he fixed our issue. We are very happy with how fast the process is from speaking with a representative to technician fixing our problem. And on top of that, didn’t have to pay for a anything. Way to go burke!!!!
