Roto-Rooter Plumbing Service

The woman on the phone when I called for the appointment was courteous and efficient. She let me know exactly how much it was going to cost, and she asked if I was ok with it before making the appointment. The service tech arrived a few minutes early, and he was personable. He had the job done quickly (15 min start to finish) with very little mess.

Have had them work on projects both very large and very small and have been very pleased with the work every time. They are quick, receptive, and always show up on time. Can't say enough about their reliability.

As a plumber that just got out gunned and needed someone with bigger equipment fast, I'm extremely please with the service. Fast efficient and professional.

Derek arrived, assessed the drip issue, tried a couple of things, and returned the following day to fix the issue. Excellent service, prompt, and communication was excellent!!

Derek arrived promptly and inspected my whole system. Unfortunately the issue was not something Roto Rooter could fix however Derek was excellent to work with and insisted on waiving the fee for coming to inspect things.
