We are first time customers and called Bradford’s for some plumbing work in our home. Very knowledgeable and personable when we addressed our concerns to them. One of our issues was the second floor never had adequate pressure and volume through the sinks. Steve pointed out that our downstairs water lines were undersized and would need to be changed out from old galvanized pipe to new Pex tubing. The new pipe will help with the water volume going to our second floor which helped tremendously. Before work began Steve was very upfront about what needed to be done as well as reasonable pricing. Very Accommodating as well, willing to schedule us in around our work schedules that were best for us. After the work was complete we were left with a positive experience and satisfied.

Recently I experienced a loss of heat with my furnace. Bradford’s came out quickly to my call and provided an estimate right away for the required work. Fixed the same day. If future work at my home is necessary, I would surely call them again.
