Brandon, the technician who came to my home was excellent- on time, professional and very helpful. The price I was quoted for the repair needed was too high for me. When I expressed my concern to the office, they were apologetic and explained that they had a minimum rate for a service call/ repair. They followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their service. While I did not proceed with the repair, I was happy with the company's customer service and integrity.

Miguel and Tom very courteous and respectful to keep your home clean as they work. Explained everything I asked and more. Very information. I appreciate that they respected my home with their work habits (covered their shoes, put down tarps, etc.). They both represent Ray the Plumber well. I would call them again if needed.

Miguel was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and kept the work site clean and tidy. He kept me informed as he worked. My shower was only putting out hot water, I ended up needing a new fixture but Miguel gave me all the information and options I needed. He returned as planned and installed the new fixture without any problems. I would highly recommend and use this company and Miguel again.

yesterday had a crew of three gentlemen from ray the plumber come to the house for multiple items I needed done. The men were courteous,knowledgeable ,professional and informative. they did an all around great job would use them again for any future needs.

Connor was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Predicted what the problem with my faucet was before he even started. Made all necessary repairs and double checked the system to make sure everything worked as needed. Very thorough and neat as well.
