We have been using EMS for our AC and Heating annual maintenance for years. This year, they replaced new water tank for us. Recently, Jason and his team installed new toilets and faucets in our house. Jason is very knowledgeable, and his/his team’s services are always excellent. The prices are very fair. We will for sure continue to use EMS services.
EMS responded quickly when our 5-year old water heater started leaking from the hot water output. Jay came quickly to determine the problem. Within 2 days they established that the existing HW heater was still under warranty and installed a replacement. Thanks!! Off to the showers!
Great work and customer service! Jay and Jay were both friendly and knowledgeable. Were able to diagnose and repair problems with my heating and cooling system. They took the time to explain what was happening, why it was happening, and how to fix it. They even gave me tips to better maintain the system. Thanks for the quick responses and excellent service!
Jay was called in to give an estimate for condo ac unit replacement. Unit had run out of freon last year and was recharged. It again ran out of freon and I called a few local ac guys and most recommended to replace the unit. Jay came in to give an estimate for the new unit but asked if he can look into what is causing the leak. He found the leaking balance/needle valve and replaced it, recharged with freon and its working great. He took time to explain the problem and also gave a reasonable estimate for the new unit in case I need one in future. He is honest, very knowledgeable and insightful. I strongly recommend him for any issues
