We usually get great service from this company but recently we had a problem with our furnace and they came out, said we needed a part and he would come back in a few days to put it in. A month passed and they still hadn’t shown up. We called last week and were told they would come the next day, they never showed. We saw the owner at a local restaurant on a Friday and he said he would come the following Monday and didn’t show up again. The business is run by some very nice people but it’s getting too cold to keep waiting.

Furnace stopped working, called, told them the code it was throwing and my furnace was fixed in a couple hours.

I had a horrible experience with this location. Total lack of communication, very frustrating!
