Paul came the same day I called; fixed my tankless water heater and gave me a great education about the product. Later I had another problem and he helped me trouble shoot on phone during the storm to discover an electrical issue and recommended an electrician.

Paul answered my inquiry almost immediately, came out early next morning for options to replace my leaking tankless water heater. Within several hours, he gave me options and pricing by email. By next afternoon, he and his apprentice, Alex, had installed a new tankless. Paul is very professional, a great craftsman, and knows the code requirements. Great job and reasonable cost.
