Michael came to my house to perform the installation. He was friendly and polite. Before starting the work, he explained all of the details that would be necessary to complete the installation. He worked effectively and efficiently. I received excellent service from him. I was happy with the work that he performed. Our central AC unit wouldn't turn on and we did everything we could on our end to see if we could get it to work - turn the breaker on and off, check the fuses and even replaced the thermostat. Nothing helped, so we called Heckeroth. We expected to call and set an appointment, but instead they sent someone over in a couple of hours! The technician who arrived, Abbas, was just awesome. He knew his stuff and was a real down to earth, genuine guy all around. He was able to fix wiring that was not working, and we even got some quotes for work we might have done in the future since Heckeroth does just about everything! My wife and I felt good about the service we got and it was also reasonably priced. Thanks to Abbas and Heckeroth, we look forward to working with you in the future!

I am very happy work the work done on my central AC unit. The maintenance work was done on time, and the technician (Tim) explained everything to me and took his time to do the job properly. Nice people, a job well done, they have won me over as a loyal customer.

Wow!! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH HECKEROTH!! I needed a plumber asap to replace the shut off valves in the kitchen. I was getting cabinets painted and new counters. The plumber arrived in less than 30 minutes and the job was completed with time to spare before the contractor arrived. Very pleased with the work.
