Tri County Plumbing & Heating

Called Tri-County to set up repair based on my son's diagnosis of the problem. I asked their rate and was told $125 for the first hour to come and diagnosis repair. Additional costs would be added based on parts and labor. They gave me a window of 11-1pm. On the day of my expected service call, they called me at 12:50 to tell me they were running late. When they showed up at 2:30 before even checking our system one guy states, "Let's tell them its the air handler", which is what my son diagnosed as the problem. After they looked at the system, (air handler) I asked them what they thought, their answer was, "We are not sure". After and hour, I asked again, they stated still looking into problem. After 2 hours I asked again, "What do you think, is it the air handler?" Their answer was yes and they still have to check system. After 2.5 hours I said what is the cost? They said, "We will bill you?". Four days later I get a bill for $661.38, $312 was for labor! I called and asked why was I not given an estimate after the first hour and office manager could not give me a clear explanation as I stated that as the consumer I should have been given an idea or estimate of how much the job would cost prior to them continuing with the job! Communication was poor to say the least! Very Disappointed!! Buyer Beware!

I have used this company many times and they are outstanding. They get the job done and are always so prompt when I have a problem. I use them for all my plumbing and heating and cooling issues. The men are skilled, professional, neat, and I would never use anyone else. I highly recommend this company.

Tri County responded to our needs immediately; we didn't have to wait around for hours or days. Nick was quick, helpful and explained what he was doing and took the time to answer questions. We will definitely go with them again!!!

Had them out to perform four tasks and three of them needed to be redone. Came back to take care of one of their screw ups,but refused to stand behind their work on other jobs,instead chose to offer lame excuses and double talk. Save your money!

Keith and his people are the best! I had a chronic problem with one of my A/C air handlers, leaking water at the base all the time. I had a number of professional A/C technicians look at it and all tried to sell me a new system for thousands of $$$. I called Keith and 1 day later problem was solved. !! Thank you !
