Needed a plumber on a Sunday. Found the first one on Google and luckily, they turned out to be great. Initially, I thought it was would be a simple snaking job. But Arturo and his team did a thorough check and was able to find the real problem with the main line. They were quick and got the job done within 3 days. Great service and nice people. Would recommend.

The office was very quick in responding. Lee, the technician who came out, was both knowledgeable and polite and gave great information. He was great with quoting and finishing the job quickly and professionally. Will definitely keep them on file and use again.

We had a last minute emergency leak under our house and Art came out right away to fix the problem on a galvanized pipe. Same day fix! He was very professional and nice to me and my husband. I recently had a serious back up at home that Rooter & Plumbing Masters were able to respond to quickly as an emergency. They were able to promptly fix the problem, and even help coordinate how to go about resolving the water damage to my floor as a result of the flooding. They are honest about problems and options for how to fix them. Prices are competitive and the personnel are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anybody. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Made appointment, were going to show up to my residence between 9:00am-1030am, waited for one hour after 1030am (1130am) and no call no show. Had to call them back to see the status. They lost my order appointment so they were never going to show up. They apologized and said they were sending someone and will be at my residence in 30minutes. One hour passes by and nothing. Had to call back to their answering service to cancel the appointment. Time wasted for nothing and for getting time off from work to be their waiting for them
