Horrible service!! They charged my parents 1500 for a sub pump and that fine but they left the lid off!! I didn't realize this for a couple weeks when I noticed the double check valve leaking and I seen the cover was not fastened. BFP was very apologetic over the phone for when the service guy came here he was snippy telling me that they had refused a new cover why would somebody refuse a new cover when the old one is a already off when they tried charging on $750 to put the new cover on and I had already purchased a new cover myself, and they told us synchrony wasn't covering us so we get on the phone with synchrony and the service technician bill tells us he doesn't have time to wait but he'll come back when when we're ready I told him will find the plumber that has time and he just rushed his stuff right out of my house very poor service

Horrible, the tech was a nice man and that's all I can say good about this company, don't use them , seek elsewhere for assistance. the tech's been here 2 times and I need him a 3rd time for a clog in my main line that they seem to have not cleared and I've paid 500.00 to have them clear. and now it's sunday and water is pouring out the trap and I can't get anyone to come until tuesday and the operator there is trying to quote some fee to me for work that suppose to have a warranty. do yourself a favor and contact another plumbing service, don't waste your time or your money !!! If there was a zero - star rating that's what they would get from me
