Been a customer for well over 20 years and I have to say Meenan has never let us down! I rarely have a problem thanks to their annual oil burner tune ups. But recently something malfunctioned. They got here quickly and got everything functioning again! Joe (tech no. 150) the service tech. was fantastic!! Super knowledgeable and an incredibly nice person.. He truly is an asset to the company. Thanks Meenan. I personally would not go anywhere else!

Outstanding customer service. Professional, prompt, polite, informative service Technicians. Had them here from "no hot water" issue, most parts replaced and at no cost to me under my service contract. I Have been a loyal customer for 25 years.

Been a Meenan customer for decades. They came out right away to repair my AC during this heat wave even though I don't have a service contract on it. They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service.

Meenan remains highly reliable with very good customer service. The family home on Long Island where my mother resides has probably used Meenan for a couple of decades. This week we had an oil odor in the house (was probably from the street). We called Meenan just to be safe and a service professional was there in 1.5 hours. He did a check up and tune up on the burner and verified there was nothing to worry about. Always fast and reliable, thanks Meenan.

Called because we had no hot water. Service was excellent. Tech called when he was on his way to tell us when to expect him.. Very friendly, neat and informed service man. Fixed the problem quickly. We are back to normal. Thank you.
