Didn't show up at discussed time. Didn't call to let us know. DIdn't reply to message asking where they were. Avoid.

We hired Arrow to repair a broken sewer main damaged by an excavator. The plumbing inspector failed their work on sight as it did not meet code. Arrow told us "there was nothing more they could do." Unfortunately we had already paid them for the job.
