I have had several issues between 2 houses I owned that I needed to contact a plumbing and heating company. Black Bear was always quick with responses by phone, consultations/ estimates, and service calls both for maintenance and installation. The employees are helpful and professional and I would recommend this company to anyone in need in their area of service. You will need to be an oil or propane customer in order to use them for service calls.
