My Plumber CA

Well we waited from 9-12 but he didn’t show up. We got a call after 12 saying he was running late. Then we waited from 2-5 this afternoon and he didn’t show up. No phone call no nothing. Very poor customer service.

The service and workmanship were excellent.

I was very pleased at the courteous greeting that I got when I called into My Plumber. They were knowledgeable and responsive to my needs and set an appointment straight away. I had My Plumber do extensive Plumbing work for me in the past and knew that they knew what they were doing and that their pricing was fair. However, this time I was calling about an air conditioning and heating issue. When the technician came out he knew exactly what I would need and how he would proceed. Once again my plumber demonstrated their expertise and my project is underway.
