Didn't even get passed a phone call. Called had an issue the first time i called. Maria the girl who answers the phone gave me a nasty attitude and hung up instead of listening. Also made an appointment with a tech who was supposed to call and give a comfirmation to the appointment....that never happened. Never got the phone call and stayed home for the appointment 2 hours later still nothing. Just called the company to see whats going on and had a problem with the guy Sebastian who answered the phone. Overall i wouldn't use this company. They are VERY unprofessional. You would think if i want to give them money they would be a little more appreciative and respectful. Wasted my whole day took off of work and got no service. Very upset!

No mistake about it Erik, you did the conversion. There’s been nothing but problems with it since the day you left AND YET AGAIN we’re in need of another circulator. Per certified Nevien master plumbers , it’s because of the way the unit was installed. I highly recommend anyone considering using this company do a background check, license and insurance check We’ll just leave it at that Erik, I’m not posting for any other reason then to let others know to be thorough before signing a contract. Erik WAS called back SEVERAL times, with no satisfaction. The unit was installed in 2015 and it’s been nothing but problems You were called, I have a log of calls to go with the log of problems Why would I call you to service the unit when you didn’t even know how to install it properly

Never again. Overcharges. He tried to fix my gas heater and said he wasn't sure it could be fixed. I was fine with that. He told me he wasn't sure what the final cost would be until he went to order the parts. I authorized half of the estimate, he visited twice. Once for 1/2 hour to take model info, and another time with a helper for 1 1/2 hours. My employee is my witness. He could not get the heater to work. I told him I'd like to receive an itemized bill with parts and labor to pay up. No bill received and he hit my credit card for the other half of the estimate without my authorization. I then hounded them for an itemized bill because I knew there was fat in that estimate. Sure enough they finally produced a bill with 5 hours labor on it! They worked for less than two!! I asked them to adjust, they told me too bad as I proceeded with the estimate. And remember, my gas unit is still broken! I'm out $1500. Lol. I even offered the guy some work on my home. A leaky faucet, leaky toilet, and leaking shower. He gave me a "deal" with an estimate of $1900!!! Incredible. I've read his reviews on Yelp. Mostly bad. I only see folks with his hometown address giving him good reviews. This is the first time in 20 years I'm in a credit card dispute. If I lose, since they seem to have a lot of experience with disputes (I wonder why), I'll be heading to court. I don't need the money. This is principle. You should get paid for your time and materials. Nothing more especially if a failed attempt at fixing something. If I could give ZERO stars on this rating system, I would. Don't use them or insist on parts and labor on estimate and don't authorize without stating final bill required of actual hours worked.***update** a new repair man came, cleaned out a gas line for a few minutes and my heater now works!
