Mike runs a great crew and honest business. His team responded rapidly and professionally to our need for a new well pump and water heater. They quoted a fair price and stuck to it, and John and Tyler did great work installing the new stuff and removing the old. John also very clearly explained how the new system worked and how to change water filter, etc. We were only off water for a couple hours at a time!
On Call has helped me out with a number of little jobs as well as huge jobs when our bathroom flooded and when we decided to do a remodel. They are professional and kind. No one ever wants to have to call a plumber or HVAC, but when you have to, you will want to call On Call.
Helped us out on a Sunday with our heater. Charged premium price but it was an emergency and the technician worked quickly and profressionly.
Avoid at all costs. We had a sewer main back up on a 100+ year old house and called On Call for help. They were able to get there in a couple hours. They replaced a clean out on our drain line, sent a water jet through the pipe and showed us a video afterward. The bill was in excess of $1,000. Called to complain, but to no avail. I had someone come and look at the drain to have it replaced, they said they have never billed a customer more than $400 for the same work done by On Call. Never again.
