They are quick, responsive, and do great work. Was very pleased with the new HVAC system they installed.

First off they were prompt and professional! Ryan showed up with a great “can do” attitude and quickly identified the problem. He worked swiftly to replace my expansion tank and minimize distruption to the house. Finally, he took the time to show me what work he completed and how to watch the pressure to ensure the system was ok in the future. In the end I would call B&B again for any work to be done in my home and would welcome Ryan in because of his professionalism and the great pride he takes in his work!!!

I would avoid them, it took numerous trips to our house for a relatively simple job, technicians were incompetent, invoice was 3 times higher than we were originally quoted because they struggled each time they came. The job dragged on for over 2 months. If you’re looking to pay high prices for suboptimal work, with maximal oversight and effort on your part, these are your guys.

Last year we had an issue with our hot water heater. The first plumbing business that we called diganosied the problem in less than 5 mins and said it needed to be replaced. B&B was then recommended to us by a friend and local contractor that often uses the business and said they’re outstanding. I figured I better get a second opinion. Greg from B&B responded to our house on a weekend, and after a little troubleshooting fixed the problem, which did not require replacing the heater. Greg was professional, patient, and diligent with his work. The price was reasonable. Yesterday, Greg came to the house again to solve another issues we had. He did a fantastic job again. B&B is highly recommended!

Our hot water heater completely stopped working on Easter Sunday. Called B&B Plumbing the next morning around 9:30 and by 3:30 that SAME DAY we were back in business with a brand new Energy Star rated hot water heater. The staff in the business office were very courteous and quick to respond to our complete loss of hot water. The installers were very professional. We would highly recommend B&B Plumbing -- they definitely deserve a 5-star rating.
