Brandon Kristel came recommended to me by Chas. Burch Supply. He responded within 20 minutes of my call. He arrived earlier than he had predicted. Once here, he diagnosed the problem, ran out for needed supplies, returned to fix broken pipes under my kitchen sink, did simple fixes for two toilets' low flushing problems, and discussed what I needed to do for a broken shower stall. In less than an hour and a half, he solved what for me had been 3 headaches. And his price was too reasonable: $171 I would so recommend him to anyone needing plumbing help. And I feel at ease if I need plumbing help in the future.

Very expensive, beware. He charged me ,$357 with no invoice itemization to install a sump pump.he was he 30 minutes. I also needed a new hot water heater, his quote was $400 more than Brunell plumbing from Hudson Falls. I would recommend brunells over him every day of the week. They are putting in my H2O heater right now!

Honest and reasonable. Always a good experience. Recently Brandon gave advice on a better way to do a project that actually led to no plumbing work for him, but put us along a better path. Super nice guy, to boot!
