I had a major issue with tree roots growing in my pipes and causing a leaking washer. Country Gentlemen had someone at my house quickly. Everyone in the office I spoke to was ready to help and friendly. The guys that came to my house to fix the issue were very clean and prompt with the work. I would highly recommend them

We have always used CG - spent thousands of dollars over the years. We had our outside faucets fixed and one never worked right. It was over one year so out of warranty. However my dad was very sick, as well as my sister and we had our daughter's wedding, so this was not a priority. We just never used it. The other faucet they installed started leaking so we called to have them fix both. New tech fixed one and said the other one couldn't be fixed because there was nothing to anchor it in place. So it couldn't be fixed. That meant there was nothing to anchor it in place before and the other tech fixed it and charged us for something he shouldn't have done. They charged me $100 for this visit. I called to ask for a resolution because I feel they should have known before that the back faucet couldn't be fixed. They wouldn't even listen to me and said it was out of warranty and nothing could be done. I was shocked since we used them for all of our plumbing and have referred them to many people over the years. Very disappointing.

Great job from start to finish! I had a messed up drain assembly under my kitchen sink and the sink was not draining. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, Rick was on time, replaced the whole assembly, snaked the drain, and now it works, and looks, better than ever! He left the area relatively clean and was very friendly. Great job!
