FJR Plumbing, Heating & A/C

Fred came to our house to fix our oil burner that 3 other companies said couldn't be fixed. The last plumber in the house before FJR had said to us, "If there's one man who can fix it, Freddie can" - So I called and he came and in a few hours had it purring like a kitten. It's been a year since then and we've had no issues. I've called him back to install a sink and a toilet and that went smoothly too. Great people to deal with!

Extremely Unprofessional receptionist, Jennifer, is very rude and obnoxious. Hung up the phone on me several times and threatened me after I paid for services that were not delivered and a job that was not properly supervised or done well. Receptionist refused to put me in contact with Fred. I called to make my complaint and could not get any responses to the notch job done at my establishment.Such a waste of time.

Excellent people. Our family has been using them for years.
