I contacted Jason to find out why kitchen sink was gurgling after flushing the upstairs toilet. After discussing a few symptoms, he knew exactly where to look. There was a mass of roots in my sewer pipe, which Jason meticulously removed and made sure I wouldn’t have another issue in the near future. He was honest, prompt and his prices are definitely fair!

On December 1, 2017, this company came out to fix a simple toilet issue. They went in for 10 minutes with a snake and then came out stating the issue was fixed. A few hours later, I received a text from my tenant telling me that the issue had not been resolved. I contacted the company via text and they did not respond. I ended up hiring another plumber who actually took the time to fix the issue. It turns out it was more than just snaking. I would not recommend AA Sewer and Drain unless you want a Trump type company coming and stealing your money.
