Conscientious and quick workers on all levels of the company, from the person who tried to fix my furnace (David) to his helpers (Jamie in particular, who came to fix my shower but also helped with the furnace) to Madeline at the home office keeping me up to date with the timeline of the project. I hope nothing else breaks, but if it does, I'll be glad to go back to Dorofino.

I was very happy with the way my natural gas water heater was installed by Donofrio Mechanicals. I purchased the water heater I liked (and I had options from Home Depot, Lowe's) from Lowe's. The contractor picked the water heater from a local store. The night before installation, they confirmed the time. The plumber came on time, and did a great job with adjusting some of the pipes to fit a new water heater. The work was completed on time, and he cleaned everything before he left. Few days later, they followed up to see if all is well. Highly recommend!
