Again, the terrific people at Peachtree Plumbing to the rescue! Love this group. Stationary sink in basement plugged up, needed help. The incredible Lou came to help me out again. No time at all the drain was free and clear. What would I do without Pat and his crew? And Lou, you are the best and an incredibly kind man, a true gentleman. Kudos again to this group!
I'm thankful I found Peachtree Plumbing. They offered a couple different appointment times, so it was super convenient. They showed up on time and told me the exact price before they started the work. The work was done quickly and they offered me advice. I like that the receipt broke down everything they did. I hope I do not have to call them again but if I do I know I'm in good hands.
I don't know much about how garbage disposals work, but had an issue with the switch not turning on and slow drainage of water. Requested a quote and Gary returned my inquiry within an hour. He walked me through how to troubleshoot the issue and offered DIY advice that saved me a lot of money. Exceptional customer service experience and I'm glad I went with Peachtree Plumbing. Would highly recommend their services and will definitely keep them as a bookmark for any future plumbing issues. 5 stars!
We had a leak with our dishwasher, and initially called roto-rooter for help. After waiting over 9 hours for the guy to show, he diagnosed our problem as being in the copper drain pipe in the wall, a repair he couldn't make. We tried to schedule a follow up appointment, got frustrated and called PeachTree Plumbing The plumbers showed up 30 min early (!) for our 2 hour window (!), and after all of 5 minutes determined it was the hose, not the copper pipes, that was the issue. Fixed the hose in another 5 minutes, didn't mind when I asked to take pictures, gave us advice about yearly maintenance to avoid the issue going forward and that was that. Cost was reasonable, and the plumbers were fast, professional, and pleasant. Saved us from having our walls ripped open looking for a copper problem. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issue!
