Awful, unreliable and had to deal with a very rude employee. Needed some plumbing for my mothers house and was VERY disappointed. Price was unreasonably high for the slow and untidy work that was completed. The plumber “Todd” talked down to me and had zero customer service skills. Would have been better finding someone off the street. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Our general contractor hired Osinski Plumbing for a commercial job. We paid over $25K and 6 months later, I’m still dealing with leaky pipes all over the place. It took them 3 tries to “fix” a leaky pipe under a hand sink and their “fix” was to take out the whole pipe and leave me with a pipe stub on brand new walls. Now I’m dealing with leaky pipes connecting a commercial 3 basin sink because these “plumbers” cut connecting pipes too short so the pipes disconnect from the joints every other day. I’ve had to deal with my fair share of plumbers and I’d say these guys are the worst. If I could give a zero star, I would.
Needed an emergency hot water tank replaced for my 93 year old aunt. I could not be happier with the great service from Osinski's , oh and my aunt loves the hot water too
