Called and had someone come out to look at why my water in the kitchen wasn't running, I assumed it was frozen and it was. I was never told upfront about the cost, they wanted $95 just to look at the problem(was told this after they checked out my sink) and 95$ to defrost my pipes. Defrosting my pipes doesn't solve the issue as it would happen again, $200 down the drain. These prices are outrageous. If you ever need a plumber, ask for prices upfront and definitely do not call these guys.
