Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Rotorooter came and cleaned out my mainline after hours. Because of course whose drain backs up between 9-5. The tech Andy was quick to respond and came and explained everything he would do and cost before doing any work he was very professional and courteous. He then what I thought was very quickly got to work and in no time had my plugged drain working. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone who needed work done.

Our serviceman Nick L. (#2321) was excellent and hope to have him again if the need should arise. He was very informative and answered all of our questions and concerns. Overall, the service today was excellent and affordable.

I am here to tell everybody if you have any trouble with water coming up in your basement that Roto-Rooter is the absolute most confident professional company that you need to call they helped me so much I had a technician named Bob last initial w who was wonderful and helped me and fix the problem I just bought a new house and it was flooding all the time no matter what I did ran water for dishes wash my face flush the toilet it was flooding to 3 in and this technician came and hoped and was compassionate and professional and efficient and thorough and fixed my problem I can't say enough about this company or the technician hands down the best company to call when you have a major problem of flooding in your basement they know what they're doing Invoice # 20717949 Tech # 1746 Bob W

Outside faucet extending into crawl space below house needed to be replaced. Job was completed by installer in 51 minutes. My main concern was the charge for labor was $434.24 with the total bill being $689.34 which included tax. Faucet seemed to be installed securely although two holes which aligned with the mortar outside were left empty. Installer said he could not put screws into brick. I have put holes in mortar with a retainer and then put in screws. I paid him full price with a check.

Had to have a hot water tank replaced. Roto-Rooter returned my call very quickly. They plumbers they sent were professional, the price was reasonable, they let me choose the hot water tank I wanted, and the whole process was done quickly. Would recommend them to anyone who asks and will definitely call them again for my plumbing issues.
