Called Superior Plumbing and did not regret. Count on them to do the best work and install the best materials. They do it right the first time cause they don’t want to be called back as much as I don’t want to call them back. They worked around my schedule as well. Thank you

Called out for a service call on a weekend. This went OK so we decided to have them install a sump pump and battery backup and replace some piping and re route sump pump discharge to storm drain. Work was not performed as planned, pipe was not re routed. They also made off with an older but functional sump pump, a pipe and very like the sazall I can't locate. 2 of the items they did return. They fixed one issue and caused a bunch of headaches otherwise.

We were extremely pleased with the service and the quickness with the response from Superior Plumbing when I called them with an issue with our sewer backing up. The staff was great from the dispatcher to the gentleman who came out to the job. They explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. I was very pleased when I used them before and will definitely use them again with all my plumbing issues.

My regular plumber was booked for weeks and we had an emergency. I called Superior, and the phone was answered on the second ring. I had left many messages to other companies, but this was the first one I called that actually answered early in the morning. Within an hour he had someone here to give a professional estimate. The estimate was fair and he indicated the work could be done the next day! Due to weather, we delayed one day, but the work was completed within 48 hours of my initial phone call, which was greatly appreciated! The crew, including Angel, were professional, prompt, and respectful to me, our property, each other, and my neighbors! I had a completely positive experience and would recommend them without reservation!

Masking my name so I can't be retaliated against. Told me he would show up and had my cancel my appointments to be here for him. Said he would call early and tell me when to expect him. I had to call him back because the call never came and when I did he said "sorry we don't go out that far, I should have told you". Then he said he would send a card for my trouble. Terrible service, can't rely on what he said as well. If I could have posted a ZERO star review I would have.
