I've called these guys 3 times and all 3 times they did a great job at a VERY competitive price. Most recently, I had a backed-up bathtub and toilet in my basement bathroom. They showed up within maybe 30 minutes and solved a pretty complicated problem pretty quickly and pretty much saved the day. Pat and Ray at Westchester Plumbing Solutions know exactly what they are doing and happen to be really nice guys too. This is the only phone call you need to make for all things plumbing.

I had a leak from the main floor bathroom to the basement and Pat (the owner) was the only one available on a holiday weekend. He was very responsive, thorough, and fixed the leak. He is knowledgeable, fast and great to work with. I would definitely call him back for any plumbing issues - Highly recommend.

They are excellent. We had an emergency with flooding from my basement toilet and shower. Pat and his protégée mike were incredibly responsive — they came over in under an hour and were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. Pat, the owner, came over to personally make sure the job was done to satisfaction. Highly recommend

Reached out to westchester plumbing solutions since the basement pump stopped working. The plumber did come on the same day and mentioned that the float need to be replaced. They could not find the float in the area around so the owner drove all the way with the part. Once he reached he mentioned that it would have been easier to have changed the pump since changing the float can only be a temporary fix. So i was charged for all the driving around and paid close to 500 $ for a 80 $ part and labor that was mostly driving around. The icing was when the owner mentioned that buying a new pump and installing it would have been cheaper if not the same cost after everything was done. I decided not to write a review since i usually dont write negative reviews but a week later the pump has stopped working again. I have been trying to reach the owner by phone and there has been no response after multiple attempts. So a bad recommendation followed by bad service has put me in the same place where i was before a week..with about 500 $ down the drain. Update: I found out that the part they put in does not work any more either and the cost of that is only 36$ and not 80$ as they mentioned. Worst ever service. To come to think of it , the owner charged me close to 500 $ for a 36$ part and two hours of waiting and doing nothing and did not fix my problem either. This is daylight robbery!
