Dom arrived exactly on time and was very complete in his inspection of my generator. He explained everything fully. He had oil to top off the motor and he tested the automatic feature of the generator. I am feeling much more confident about the working of the generator.
Dave Smith our technician went above and beyond to solve our heat problem. After replacing some needed parts, Dave left with the boiler running fine. Around 8:30 pm the boiler would not light. Dave was back here after 10:30pm and worked until almost midnight to solve the problem, which was some minor adjustments to gas flow. The level of service is well beyond anything we have experienced from any service provider. Apparently, Nebrasky is very selective in hiring and training, and committed to the highest level of customer service!
Got a same day appt for a water emergency, the technician diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me options on how it could be fixed. No sales pitch pushed on me, but they did have the equipment that needed replacing and showed me on their iPad the cost of the job - no hidden fees or labor charges! Paid right on the spot by credit card. Really happy, definitely will call them for any future issues w/ anything plumbing/heating related!
I am a new customer, and used Nebrasky this year for my boiler maintenance . Keith is Excellent!! He explained the issues with my bolier in detail. I purshased a bolier this November, and all involved with installation(Toni, smiley(can't remember his name , & Keith ) were experts and professionals. I am recommending Nebrasky to all my neighbors!! I am grateful to Wendy for expediting my installation!! She is amazing! Grateful for a wonderful experience and team!!
Shop around. I've had work done by Nebrasky and while the quality is good, their pricing tends to be anywhere from high to outrageous. You're paying for service, but you will pay a premium for that. I also wished they'd done a more thorough job with an older drain pipe -- they replaced a smaller portion and within a year, you guessed it, they returned to replace the rest.
