Absolutely horrendous. I called for one thing, after an hour of the guy slowly moping around, he told me it was something different from what I asked for. They charged me $150 and didn't do what I asked, then 12K later the problem still persists. I called back to ask for what I originally needed and they want to charge me again. So yeah, there's about 100 different plumbing companies out there that I would recommend over Mulvey. Feel free to ask me which ones I'd recommend. If they even attempted to make up for it, by getting it done right, which would cost them all of $60 for employee wages, I would be happy. But no. I guess the lazy service guy is a perfect representative for the company.

I am very happy with this company. I saw the previous reviews and I don't understand them at all. So here is mine. The girl who answered the phone seems like a sweetheart. I'm so glad to have called them because they were going to come out and the girl Jan said it could be a full cesspool. Seeing as how I just purchased the house, I called the company and sure enough, it was full. They didn't have to tell me that and could have just charged me for a visit but they didn't They are very nice and I will definately call back if i have a plumbing problem.
