Wonderful experience with DBR. Their technician, Manny, was dispatched the very same day I called.. Manny is an articulate, friendly young man who took care of my plumbing problem with ease. He was courteous, cleaned up after himself and kept an interesting ongoing conversation while he worked. He is a fantastic representative for DBR Plumbing and they should be proud to have him on as part of their team. Would highly recommend DBR Plumbing!!

Another five-star experience from DBR Plumbing, Inc., which I've used now for a few years. The company has completed a number of tasks from plumbing a new shower stall, to installing a new sink, new garbage disposal, and more recently replacing fixtures in a bathroom and also re-upping an outdoor spigot. All at reasonable costs that they usually tell up front about before the work begins. No surprises, in other words. It's difficult to express in words how meaningful it is to know that you can call a company that stands by its service and products. Sure, with lots of projects over a period of time and different workers, there's bound to be some minor snafus here and there. But, the true test of a company's worthiness and integrity is what happens in those moments. Without fail, either Roxanne or Michelle, who man the administrative side of things, or if necessary the owner himself bends over backwards to ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied. Always! That's what I call awesome service. That's why I keep calling DBR Plumbing. You should too. You won't be disappointed.

Mr Ruiz was fantastic! He was very thorough, explained what was needed and got the job done in one hour. Pricing was fair for emergency evening service.I would hire DBR again in a minute! My sewer pipe had backed up, and needed service right away, I tried calling Roto rooter and Mr Rooter first(mistake on my part) no call back from Roto until the next day and no one at Mr Rooter even answered . DBR responded right away! I highly recommend DBR Plumbing!

After checking our records here at DBR Plumbing Kate Malicek we show no record of you calling or ever placing a service call with us. As one of the primary people that answer the phones and I am always professional and courteous to whoever is on the other end I always treat people the way I wanted to be treated as a customer . DBR prides it’s self on good customer service because at the end of a job we want Happy Customers !

Destroyed our Brand new marble and our sink faucets and told us to just order new ones in hopes the don’t break another piece. Left our bathroom covered in mud. The best part is they are still trying to charging us for full cost in labor when they even disappeared for a couple hours to “buy a piece” left everything broken. Will be sending them our repair bills.
