The serviceman was very professional, cheerful, and did a great job. Follow-up by the estimator to ensure a fine job. No problems since. Fair price for new heat pump and install. Installation went very smooth and the techs definitely know what they were doing. Finished the job on time and cleaned up the areas nicely. Overall and a good job at a fair price. The techs and all involved were very hard working and courteous.

When all the carbon monoxide detectors started screaming, I contacted the most trustworthy professionals I've called upon for about 20 or more years.... Lowe. To check for CO leaks, Paul came and spent 3 hours in a meticulous search for the source(s). Paul always goes beyond the norm, is totally thorough in all his assignments (my gas burner, air conditioning system, etc). Additionally, his willingness to answer my (no doubt) dumb questions about everything shows his patience, great sense of humor, and commitment to making Lowe the best. Thank you so much for you.
