i called in about a leak in our basement, very stressed. they made time for me that same day, fixed the problem, explained everything (VERY) patiently, just seemed like experts in every way. highly recommend!

I am beyond devastated that Jack Ward didn’t have enough insurance to cover the damage he and his “employee”/not employee, depending on Mr Ward’s lies or means to scam insurance, owners & the licensing board! He told us John was his employee but John just wanted to be chauffeured by my husband to his AA meetings and to take him to probation in White Plains, all which aren’t in his job scope or ours as owners hiring a plumbing company! Jack Ward lied to us, lied to his insurance and has cost us in excess of $10,000 to repair things like two bathroom walls that “John” set on fire, gas leak, water damage on my brand new ceiling, stepping on Sheetrock & damaging a bathroom ceiling, breaking one new steam shower that was broken after John was fired & Jack begged my husband to allow him back in our Home to assist Jack in completing the job..and more. Mr Ward refused to present us with a quote, estimated job completion date and would not call or show up when he said. The majority of instances occurred in March 2018 and Mr Ward has done NOTHING to repay us a penny as of July 24, 2018. As I stated, he is not properly ensured and we even caught him trying to sneak John back in our Home without our consent at the end of March, when he thought we wouldn’t be around and we showed up! He also left John in Our Home prior to these events without supervision. DO NOT hire this company...he lacks ethics, reliability, professionalism, proper insurance and when we requested he replace our tub after a month of nothing, he sent us a text saying we couldn’t work together any longer without paying the damages he created, went to the town & pulled our permit without proper notice and then had “a lawyer” try to intimidate us into removing my review stating defamation(which consumer protection told him was not the case).....we lost everything in a fire, including use of my dominant hand, the last thing we needed was a company like this!! DO NOT HIRE this company if you’re in need or renovations or repairs, HE IS NOT WORTH THE RISK OR YOUR MONEY!!!!!
