Hired Grotto plumbing to replace two old water radiators with one new model. Steve in the office is very responsive. I think the master plumber is Chris. Has a very good eye, advised me on the best solution for my house. No BS and I got a fair price, no hidden costs. After the install was done there was an issue with the hot water line not responding to my thermostat. I called and they came out to fix the problem in no time, no costs for the additional visit. Professional and good. I will trust them with any new job.
I contacted Grotto Plumbing to convert a renovated home from oil to gas. This was a long and complex effort involving multiple parties (ConEd, our town, subcontractors) and requiring tremendous expertise in this area. Grotto’s performance was superb on every front. The installation of the gas infrastructure was perfect and easily passed all inspections, their coordination with ConEd was even better (they really know this well) and the project management was fantastic. On the project management front, my Grotto rep (Steve) called me every week, even on weeks when there was no news and he kept the ball rolling with all of the different parties. I can’t thank them enough.
