Better than others! I had a main drain that backs up multiple times and floods my tenant's items in the basement. I called a local plumber (to remain nameless) and they claimed it was roots and need to snake the line yearly. After the third snaking and third flooding I called Drain-Away. They didn't snake the line and left, they investigated what the root cause was (no pun intended), it wasn't roots but grease and other items that kept plugging up the drain.
