We have never had a bad experience with upstate plumbing. We have several properties and they have always been there for us.

This company is working on a house on my street this week. I understand the nature of the work itself is rather disruptive and causes traffic flow problems, this is not their fault and cannot be avoided. However, my neighbors were given a line of profanities for asking them to move their trucks so they can back out of their driveway. After about 15 minutes of verbal confrontation, they finally moved their trailer a few feet forward so that my neighbor could go to work. They left it in front of the fire hydrant for the rest of the day. They finally packed up for the day around 2 and left their truck in front of my driveway (and hydrant) for about 20 minutes. I didn't even bother talking to them about it as I waited for my children to arrive home from school. Their language is obscene, they have no consideration for others, and seem to think that they don't have to make any effort to not impede in the day to day activities of the neighborhood. Unfortunately, if you call the number on the side of the truck to complain, it just goes to the disrespectful gentlemen that are in the truck. Not looking forward to them returning tomorrow. ***Update 3/28/2019*** The Owner and his co-owner pulled up to my driveway today to confront me about this google review. He did continue to use profanities, but he was not using them toward me. Although his behavior was still inappropriate, I could sympathize with him. I also work a tough job. My intention with this review is only to provide constructive criticism for their business and warn future customers. If you want two hard-working men to come out and do a job at a good price, and you don't mind hearing profanity or having upset and harassed neighbors, this is the company for you. If you want plumbers/excavators that are accommodating of your neighbors' needs and watch their language and tone of voice while they work, then I hope these two have changed by the time they work for you. Jamie Zielinski and Don F, I understand this company is your livelihood. I want to see your company flourish. I want you two to be successful. One day, I pray that you look back at this review and say, "I'm glad we changed because now we're making so much more money." The way to do this is to stop doing the things that get you bad reviews. Trying to intimidate those who post critical reviews is not the right way to make them stop. If you value your potential customers/company/livelihood: - don't park in front of fire hydrants - don't block in driveways (for 2 minutes or 20 minutes) - don't spitefully block the driveway more - show respect to your elders - show respect to women and children - show respect to people in general - don't ask potential customers to "stay in their lane" - don't yell about bad google reviews - don't try to inflate your google rating by making fake reviews - learn to say sorry - learn humility - stop feeling entitled because of how hard you work - learn that actions have consequences - treat others how you would like to be treated In reality, my review, although 1 star, is not what is bringing your legitimacy down. Your own 2 reviews speak volumes about how resistant you guys are to learning from your mistakes. When mistakes happen, you blame others instead of accepting responsibility. Your future customers don't have to read my reviews to see the quality of your character; they only need to read your reviews.

Very reputable gentlemen that know how to conduct good business. They are very professional and knowledgeable of their profession. I highly recommend these fine professionals to complete any work of their kind. Jamie Z. repaired my waterline in Schenectady, NY. He led me out of a bind that I was dreadfully dealing with. If it weren't for Jamie and his fellow workers, I don't know what I would do. Again, I highly recommend them. I see that it is sad that some people have nothing better to do than complain and whine when a job needs to get done.
