DO NOT use this company. First, they lost my request for an estimate, after a week I called to inquire and oops we lost it. They did then come right out for an estimate and we set a service date. We received a call the day scheduled and " Our power washer is broken but we will give you a discount to come tomorrow". OK then but tomorrow comes and no one shows, no one answers the phone. Two messages and three days later, no one calls, no one answers the phone. Come to find out they ARE NOT NYS certified to do soft powerwashes. Avoid at all cost!!!!!
