D&D HVAC and Plumbing

D&D HVAC and Plumbing is a very reliable company with very reasonable rates. Just this past Sunday we were having issues with our heating system. I called Dustin and left a message that he returned later that day. He came to the house and diagnosed the problem and was back to fix it the next day! Also, a couple years ago, we had an issue with the boiler. I was not yet familiar with D&D, and called another company whose representative indicated we needed a new boiler. I called 2 other companies in the area and informed them of the diagnosis of the first company I called. They too assumed I needed to replace the boiler and proceeded to give me estimates. I leaned about D&D through a friend and called Dustin. I told him about the diagnosis. He said, "Before I quote a price for a new boiler, let's make sure you need one." He said we didn't need to replace it! He fixed it for a couple hundred dollars! That was better than the 6,000 - $8,000 for a new one! The boiler is still doing the job. Needless to say I had found a new plumbing company - D&D!!! I highly recommend them!!

Incredibly trustworthy. After thinking our furnace had seen its last winter, we were just ready to either a) get through this winter with space heaters in each room, or b) put upwards of $3000 into a new furnace. But, after a thorough inspection, Dustin confirmed that our issue was just a dirty heat exchanger and our furnace was in tip-top shape and good for a few more years. We'll be hiring D&D to do a gas fireplace insert and a few other plumbing jobs in the house in the near future as well. No more searching for someone reputable who is local. We've found our HVAC and plumbing specialists and have them on speed dial now!

A very responsive company and clean company. We used them as a sub-contract through another contractor that was doing a master bath remodel for us. The work they did was great. Took off their shoes as they entered the door. Cleaned up when completed. There was a couple small issues, all manufacturer related, that they came back out and fixed promptly with replacement parts from the store where we purchased the items. Would use again.
