Provided a price quote for a job I wanted done. Fairly good price for the job. He needed to order parts for the job, and we said we could schedule an appointment by text at a future date. I texted him four times over the next two weeks to which he never replied. I then called him asking to schedule a time for the job, he had never ordered the parts. Mostly had forgotten about the job, and said he his only opening was two weeks from then at 730 on a Monday. I can't speak to the quality of his work. But with his communications and scheduling skills. I didn't want him working on any type of pipe in my home. He gets two stars because he did pick up the phone when I called him early in the morning.
