Highly recommend!!! Air went out in this recent heat wave and they showed up promptly with an honest and accurate assessment. Serviced ac and got us up and running for only $80. No up charges which was a relief to this one income household. We now have our ‘go to’ company. I think our guys name was Art.

The thermocoupling on our water heater broke, and it took 4 days before the gas company could come out to look at it. We were without hot water the entire 4 days, which is really hard when you're trying to run a household. The gas company tech quoted me at $250 to repair the wire. I contacted Ballard instead, and they were excellent to work with. The receptionist was prompt and courteous. The technician was also super nice, worked around my schedule as best he could, and came out within hours of my call. It only took him a few minutes to fix the problem, and the price was extremely fair. I will definitely use Ballard again if the need arises, and I will also recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Called for an estimate on new install on my home. Gentlemen said that he'd pass the message to Dennis. Now it's been almost a week and no call, nothing. Wow, we're off to a good start.. got an appointment with another company right away, next day service. Not impressed with Ballard.
