Duct Cleaning and Installation of A/C were performed in a very, very timely and professional manner. I'm a new customer and, so far, am extremely impressed by ALL facets of our experience with Arctic Bear. * All my questions and concerns were answered quickly, completely, and satisfactorily by their staff members. * I encourage readers of these reviews to scan several more to get an idea of how good these folks are! We've even migrated the annual service of our furnace and water heater to Arctic Bear (as well as the A/C). * The real question customers want answered is "Can we/I TRUST these folks?" My sense is that we can.

Had a new Central AC installed. Arctic Bear did a excellent job! Could not be happier. The Guys very friendly and efficient. Great communication! My first time using them. Will not be my last. Highly recommend ????

Our central ac went down over a week ago and I was able to call and get an appointment that suited our schedule. Phil came and was super nice and informative. He was able to explain so I understood. AC is fixed and we are super happy!! Thank you Phil for your quick repair!

Arctic Bear (specifically Arctic Water) recently installed a water treatment system in my home. The difference in water quality was immediately noticed. My family and I could literally feel the difference in the softness of the water. I greatly appreciated Evan for educating me on water quality and the Arctic Water staff for making the entire process simple from point of sale to installation. I would highly recommend Arctic Water for any in-home water softening and purification needs!
